On the first day of Kwanzaa, celebrate with CAAM by practicing the sixth principle of the holiday, Kuumba, a commitment to creativity! During these pre-recorded family workshop, artists from the community will show how to make one-of-a-kind creations using common household materials.

First, make a memory book with Sharon Barnes.
Materials: cardboard, construction paper, hole punch, white glue, twine or ribbon, printed photos, drawings, small items, and other decorations

Next, join Rosalyn Myles for a decoupage workshop.
Materials: ruler, pens, marker, paint, paper or wall paper,  photo or magazines, glue stick, scissors, flat surface to cut on,  exacto knife (not required), newspaper, spray mount (not required)
